Sensing difficulties before they become crises |

As circumstances and requirements change for an organization, problems of various sorts often arise. They may emerge in the organization's relationship with one or more major customers, vendors, or strategic partners. They may emerge inside the organization, for example, as "morale" problems or poorly managed conflicts between departments or groups. We believe that if such difficulties are detected early, they are far easier to manage and mitigate. |
