Partnering with organizations

There is an acute awareness these days that in many instances, organizations cannot “go it alone.” They must acquire or merge with other organizations, ally with partners to do large tasks, and create dependable working relationships with customers and vendors. Differences in organizational culture have to be understood and managed, un-discussed differences in agendas and needs emerge, and mistaken assumptions and misunderstandings affect decisions, and repeatedly weaken or endanger the partnership. Customers, Vendors, Allies
Managing Cultural Differences
