GLS Consulting helps organizations examine and improve the encounters between
members of different cultural groups inside and beyond the organization that can
affect the organization's growth and performance. Applying cultural anthropology
skills to the workplace, we help companies and individuals bridge gaps of
understanding among the members of the cultural groups that may exist inside
the organization. We can also help enhance mutual understanding between the
organization and its community, and between the organization and its vendors,
partners, and customers--whether local or international. Cultural competence is
